Refund Policy

At Harvest Healing Place, every product is created with intention and care. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (eBook, Chapter 1 Download)
All sales of digital products are final. Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any downloadable content.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us within 7 days of purchase at harvesthealingplace@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Paperback, Journal, Mug, Shirt)
All physical products are printed and fulfilled on demand. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or sizing.

We will replace or refund your item if:
• It arrives damaged or defective
• You receive the wrong item
• Your order is lost in transit

To request a replacement, email harvesthealingplace@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.

COACHING SERVICES (Kintsugi Restoration Sessions)
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked and confirmed. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session via your Paperbell booking link.

No-shows and same-day cancellations forfeit the session. All packages are governed by the coaching agreement provided at booking.

BUNDLES (Legacy Kit, Kintsugi Starter, Kintsugi Bundle)
Each item within a bundle follows the policy for its product type as outlined above. Digital components are final sale. Physical components are eligible for replacement in the case of damage or defect only.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
