About

The Vessel Never Left the Table.

It Was Restored At It.

Where I Began

I was 15 years old when I knew I was a leader. I was 54 when I realized my unhealed wounds were destroying everything I was trying to build.

In between those two moments, I built businesses — some with 15-million-dollar evaluations. I raised four children. I served in ministry. I led teams, managed chaos, and showed up for everyone around me. And I did it all while carrying wounds I had never named.

I grew up in a home marked by dysfunction and sometimes abuse. I swore it would not be my life — and yet I found myself in a marriage that mirrored what I escaped from. I took on responsibility that was never mine to carry because that is what I learned to do as a child. I controlled everything because control felt like safety.

By 54, the businesses had crumbled. The relationships had fractured. And I was soul-tired in a way that sleep could not fix. I had spent nearly 40 years running from wounds I did not know how to name.

Where God Met Me

Then God stopped me. And in the stopping — through deliverance, through counseling, through grief I finally let myself feel — He began to heal what decades of striving had broken. Layer by layer. Wound by wound. He restored me. Not by removing my calling. By refining it.

God brought me to Revelation Church. And through the RISE program, He placed Yvonne Brooks in my life — a spiritual mother who walked me through the most profound season of inner healing I had ever experienced. She did not rush me. She did not shame me. She just stayed.

That healing journey became this book. Every chapter I have walked. Every wound I have named. Every stage of the Kintsugi Framework I have lived through. I am not writing from theory. I am writing from the road.

Where I Am Now

Today I lead from rest instead of proving. I hold my assignments with open hands. I set boundaries without guilt. I grieve when I need to grieve. And I lead whole — not hardened. The calling did not die. It was refined. And the scars I carry are not marks of defeat. They are marks of His faithfulness.

KINTSUGI RESTORATION SESSIONS

Healing is not a moment. It is a journey.

What Are Kintsugi Restoration Sessions?

These are one-on-one inner healing sessions for leaders who are ready to stop managing the wound and start healing it. Built around the six stages of the Kintsugi Framework, each session is designed to take you deeper into the healing journey — from naming what you carry to returning to your calling structurally stronger.

THE KINTSUGI FRAMEWORK

1. Break
Fracture is inevitable in leadership. Name it without condemnation.
2. Gather
Collect every fragment. Self-awareness without shame.
3. Clean
Root work. Examine core beliefs. Identify survival patterns.
4. Bond
Surrender control. Seek counsel. Allow recalibration.
5. Gold
Integration. The wound becomes reinforcement.
6. Return to Use
Lead differently. Structurally stronger. Restored.
